I know you have many questions, and I am here to answer them all.
I know how difficult it can be to struggle with debt…or have already been served with a Summons and Complaint. While you can be sued by a creditor or debt collector, we want to emphasize that we are here to help. We may be able to negotiate a debt settlement or other options to benefit you.
Many debt negotiation settlements or arrangements require consumers to make regular payments to creditors over a period of time. Yet we want you to know that you still have other options if making these payments becomes too difficult. Unexpected life events happen, and you might not be able to hold up your end of the agreement. Bankruptcy is certainly still an option, and our firm can assist you.

In other words, you will not be facing criminal penalties even if you are sued by a creditor. If a lawsuit does arise, we can help you pursue many options toward a favorable resolution.
